The museum organized with 6 students from the marketing department taking “Marketing Management” course in the university under the supervision of teacher Omar Omran the final event of the First Student Exhibition “this is me, they are us, you are here”. The event continues from 11:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m in which it considered as student initiative comes within Basar training program. The students worked on organizing, coordinating, announcing and marketing for the event in particular and the museum in general. The event included a live music performance for the accordion player Mohammad Al-Qotati, and a last tour in the exhibition where the participant artists provided an explanation about their work to audience and answered their questions interactively between the students, visitors and museum staff. In addition to that, marketing students offered questionnaire for the audience regarding artworks, and recommendations for attendants to write their opinions about the exhibition and the museum. Through such event the museum played as platform for all individuals to integrate and express their ideas and thoughts. The event included as well section for asking questions about the exhibited artworks with presents for the right answers in order to increase the interaction between the audience and the artwork and finally thanked everyone for coming.
