Modern Times film addresses the potential of the industrial revolution in Britain and the social transformations amongst the workers and the poor. The Museum selected this film to be screened as a parallel event to “If I Were a Patriot” exhibition, as both the film and the exhibition revolve around the same issues of work and factories.
